a) To update and distribute .gov.uk email addresses to councillors.

c) To discuss and approve the purchase of flower planters for the entrances to the village.
d) To discuss Grounds Maintenance contract.
e) To discuss making a £25 donation to the Royal British Legion in lieu of a wreath.
f) To discuss the annual Christmas fair.
g) To discuss the annual Christmas meal.
h) To discuss and approve purchasing an additional CCTV camera to cover the public toilets.
